LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 31932 OF 2005

Bonus issue of 35,000,002 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each, to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share of RM0.20 each for every four (4) existing ordinary shares of RM0.20 each held in Three-A Resources Berhad.

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - Bonus Issue" ] as from : [ 13 July 2005 ]
2) The last date of lodgement : [ 15 July 2005 ]
3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

• Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/5 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.
• Buying Broker to deduct [ 20% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.
• Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/5 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
