Reference is made to the announcement dated 26 March 2007 in relation to the above matter.

Further thereto, OSK Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as OSK Securities Berhad) on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce the amended version of the following tables on the effects of the Proposed Private Placement:-

(i) Table 2 – Effects on the issued and paid-up share capital;
(ii) Table 3 – Effects on net assets (“NA”) and gearing; and
(iii) Table 4 – Effects on substantial shareholding structure.

The amended version of the above mentioned tables are attached below.
