The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Details of the proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company will be incorporated in the Annual Report 2006 to be despatched to all shareholders in due course.
