We refer to the earlier announcement made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as OSK Securities Berhad) ("OSK"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of TARB, on 17 April 2007, with regard to the approval obtained from the Securities Commission ("SC") on the Proposed Private Placement.

Further to the above, OSK wishes to announce that the SC had vide its letter dated 1 October 2007, which was received on 2 October 2007, approved the Company's application for an extension of time for a further six (6) months to implement the Proposed Private Placement. Following the SC's approval, the Company will be given until 16 April 2008 to complete the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval for the extension of time from the SC is subject to the following condition:-

(i) TARB/ OSK to fully comply with the earlier conditions as stipulated in the SC's letter dated 16 April 2007.
