The Board of Directors of Three-A Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform the Exchange that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten per cent (10%) of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company at the forthcoming Ninth Annual General Meeting.
A Circular To Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
