THREE-A RESOURCES BERHAD

The Company wishes to inform that Dato' Mohd Nor Bin Abdul Wahid, the Chairman of the Company, has on today, 13 February 2018, been charged under Section 188(2)(a) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 ("CMSA") for alleged insider trading involving 3A shares in 2009 while in possession of material non-public information.

Dato' Mohd Nor Bin Abdul Wahid has claimed trial and was granted bail by the Kuala Lumpur Session Court.
