The Board of Directors of 3A wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate at the forthcoming Twenty-First Annual General Meeting.
The relevant documents in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate and Annual Report 2022 setting out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
