Intended Outcome
Stakeholders are able to assess whether the remuneration of directors and senior management is commensurate with their individual performance, taking into consideration the company’s performance.

Practice 7.1
There is detailed disclosure on named basis for the remuneration of individual directors. The remuneration breakdown of individual directors includes fees, salary, bonus, benefits in-kind and other emoluments.

Explanation for departure The Company views the disclosure on the remuneration of directors in the bands width of RM50,000 as set out in the Corporate Governance Statement on pages30 of the Annual Report 2017 is sufficient for this disclosure.
