Intended Outcome
Stakeholders are able to assess whether the remuneration of directors and senior management is commensurate with their individual performance, taking into consideration the company’s performance.

Practice 7.2
The board discloses on a named basis the top five senior management’s remuneration component including salary, bonus, benefits in-kind and other emoluments in bands of RM50,000.

Explanation for departure The Company views the disclosure on a named basis of the remuneration of senior management to be not in the best interest of the Company and the Senior Management Personnel due to confidentiality and sensitivity of each remuneration package.
