Intended Outcome
Stakeholders are able to assess whether the remuneration of directors and senior management is commensurate with their individual performance, taking into consideration the company’s performance.

Practice 7.3 - Step Up
Companies are encouraged to fully disclose the detailed remuneration of each member of senior management on a named basis.
